This strategic sales management role will be responsible for representing the Freixenet Mionetto USA portfolio to National Accounts within the Club, Grocery, Drug, & eCommerce Channels. The Director of National Accounts, Omnichannel will possess a strong working knowledge of US National Account Retailers & have a track record of success in growing sales results within this channel.
The New York State Sales Manager will implement and manage the state’s sales strategy, based on sales goals for the organization that will contribute to achieving the company’s business objectives. They will also be responsible for setting expectations and managing a team of Area Sales Managers in alignment with the company’s objectives. The New York State Sales Manager will report to the Sales Director on a regular basis to ensure that milestones are achieved and work towards the annual objectives are progressing as planned. The Manager will implement and manage the state’s sales strategy, by brand and by area that will contribute to the achievement of the sales objectives. This individual will manage the company-established distributors and develop relationship with key On and Off-premise Accounts.
The Sr. Trade Marketing Manager (STMM) is responsible for the development and delivery of "Below-the-Line" POS activation, in line with each brand’s strategy and tailored to channel (on & off premise) and market needs. The STMM is also in charge of leading Chains-related 3rd party programming such as Vestcom, Neptune & couponing. The STMM collaborates with Sales Team on POS order windows & allocations and delivers monthly eNewsletters to Sales with relevant Sales BTL updates.
The Sr. TMM requires a strong understanding of the U.S. On-Premise & Off-Premise universe and 3-Tier System and Distributor dynamics in the US, as well as wide knowledge of Adult Beverage brand activations in On + Off channels and proven acumen of program execution at the point of purchase.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
Exempt Full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:30PM
3 Days per week from White Plains office, 2 days per week home office
The Business Systems Manager is responsible for supporting the strategic analytical and reporting requirements for FXM USA. This person will analyze existing systems for improvement, recommend new system processes, and maintain detailed records of all structural and process changes. Duties include working with management and end users to gain an understanding of how the computer system(s) of the business works and how it could improve. This role reports into the Director of Commercial Finance and partners with the Sales Team and cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Human Resources. This role requires the candidate to have expertise in analytics, modeling, database creation/maintenance, and solid communication skills.
The AM will be responsible for developing business and relationships with key On and Off-Premise accounts and working with distributor personnel. The AM will be focused on field sales support of our distributor in Texas as well as help lead and ensure delivery of Freixenet Mionetto USA annual goals in the On and Off Premise channels within the assigned TX region.
The AM will report to the Regional Sales Manager of TX on a regular basis to ensure that milestones are met and work is progressing as planned. The AM will also be involved with sales blitzes, market surveys, and other Freixenet Mionetto USA initiatives outside of their geography in support of the sales team.
