The Regional Chain Manager will carry on our vision as we continue to innovate and introduce new brands to the market and identify opportunities for our proven brands such as Mionetto, Freixenet, Segura Viudas and Gloria Ferrer. You will be personally calling on selected retailers in key sales geographies. You will maintain and develop strong working relationships with distributor chain sales management and key account personnel as well as develop direct business relationships in conjunction with the Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and State Sales Managers (SSM) with decision makers of regional retail chains.
RCM will report to the Director of Sales (DoS) on a regular basis to ensure that milestones are met and work is progressing as per-plan. Furthermore, the RCM will work closely with RSM and SSM to ensure execution of pricing and planners are executed. It will also be incumbent on this position to work with RSM and SSM to manage our LMF, TMF and ROI. Position will define, implement and manage a sales strategy, by state and brand for his or her territory that will contribute to the achievement of Freixenet Mionetto USA sales objectives.
Director of Sales (DOS) – Central will define, develop, and supervise pricing, programming and sales incentives within their territory and budgets. DOS will manage a team of FXMUSA Regional Sales Managers, Regional Chain Managers, State Managers and Area Sales Managers; develop relationships with distributor executives, management and sales force.
DOS will report to the Vice President of Sales (VPS) on a regular basis to ensure that milestones are met and work is progressing as per-plan.
Position will define, implement and manage a sales strategy, by state and brand for his or her territory that will contribute to the achievement of FXMUSA sales objectives.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Exempt, Full-time position. This position functions with 40 hours of work, Monday through Friday, with travel and some weekends (see Travel Section below)
This position is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast evolving space of eCommerce as it relates to the beverage alcohol category. Supporting an industry leading team, this role will work in a variety of capacities including Sales, Marketing, eCommerce and Trade Marketing.
The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for supporting the strategic analytical and reporting requirements for FXM USA. This role reports into the Director of Commercial Finance and partners with the Sales Team and cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Human Resources. This role requires the candidate to have expertise in analytics, storytelling, forecasting, data modeling, database creation/manipulation, data integrity management and solid communication skills.
This strategic sales management role will be responsible for representing the Freixenet Mionetto USA portfolio to National Accounts within the Club, Grocery, Drug, & eCommerce Channels. The Director of National Accounts, Omnichannel will possess a strong working knowledge of US National Account Retailers & have a track record of success in growing sales results within this channel.
The New York State Sales Manager will implement and manage the state’s sales strategy, based on sales goals for the organization that will contribute to achieving the company’s business objectives. They will also be responsible for setting expectations and managing a team of Area Sales Managers in alignment with the company’s objectives. The New York State Sales Manager will report to the Sales Director on a regular basis to ensure that milestones are achieved and work towards the annual objectives are progressing as planned. The Manager will implement and manage the state’s sales strategy, by brand and by area that will contribute to the achievement of the sales objectives. This individual will manage the company-established distributors and develop relationship with key On and Off-premise Accounts.
