e-Commerce Operations Analyst

This position is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast evolving space of eCommerce as it relates to the beverage alcohol category. Supporting an industry leading team, this role will work in a variety of capacities including Sales, Marketing, eCommerce and Trade Marketing.


Our eCommerce Operations Analyst will be a true “maverick” partnering with the various Sales & Marketing teams within our organization. This position will be directly responsible for maintaining & supporting the systems that power our eCommerce business, as well as working to support our broader sales organization.


eCommerce Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintenance & Improvement of FXMUSA Digital Catalog on Salsify (our Product Information Management tool), & improving the digital shelf presence of products on National Account Retail websites.
  • Creating Monthly Insight reports on the performance of our eCommerce marketing efforts, digital shelf presence, and other KPI’s.
  • Conducting frequent “Digital Surveys” of FXMUSA products across key eCommerce websites (Amazon,,, etc.) & working to improve the merchandising of our products.
  • Supporting the eCommerce team with ad hoc projects as they relate to Amazon, GoPuff and other National Retailers
  • Collaborating with Associate Director of eCommerce to execute eCommerce marketing programs on popular delivery apps & eCommerce platforms.
  • Provide regular progress reports & updates to Associate Director of eCommerce & Sr. Director National Accounts & eCommerce on various projects.
  • Keeping “to the moment” on the latest Digital Marketing/ eCommerce sales & marketing developments as they relate to the CPG/ Bev Al Category.
  • Assist Associate Director of eCommerce in creating briefs for creative agencies and writing product copy

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

  • Working within Photoshop or other creative platform to create and provide industry leading eCommerce content to Sales teams in support of sales programs.
  • Collaborating with Marketing Brand Teams to ensure all new eCommerce content supports greater brand objectives & creative campaigns
  • Supporting National Account Sales Teams by contributing to sales presentations.
  • Provide regular progress reports & updates to Associate Director of eCommerce & Sr. Director National Accounts & eCommerce on various projects.


Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevent work experience or Internships
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop skills.
  • Organized, with ability to work cross functionally, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in website management and working with marketplaces, preferred but not required
  • Can handle big sets of data
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing preferred, including Social Media, Retail Media, Display, Online Video, Search/Sponsored Search, GoogleAds.
  • Experience in HTML and CSS a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management and personnel
  • Strong strategic analysis skills


  • Ability to work in standard office environment minimum 3 Days per week and 2 days from home.



  • Occasional Domestic/International Travel as needed.
  • Able to travel and work during some week-ends or evenings as necessary
