Business Systems Manager

The Business Systems Manager is responsible for supporting the strategic analytical and reporting requirements for FXM USA. This person will analyze existing systems for improvement, recommend new system processes, and maintain detailed records of all structural and process changes.  Duties include working with management and end users to gain an understanding of how the computer system(s) of the business works and how it could improve.  This role reports into the Director of Commercial Finance and partners with the Sales Team and cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Human Resources. This role requires the candidate to have expertise in analytics, modeling, database creation/maintenance, and solid communication skills.


  • Manage VIP/iDIG/Karma environment, ensuring data accuracy
    • Support Sales Operation team with sales reporting special projects
    • Data mining to create reports in all BI environments above
    • Management of Karma data and report/dashboard creation
    • Onboarding and new employee training into the VIP/Karma environment
  • Develop and update reporting tools to monitor business performance
  • Plan, support, and manage new software implementation activities
  • Analyze relevant data and or data base for its accuracy
  • Evaluate company systems and current processes
  • Evaluate company performance, information, and formats
  • Develop procedures to improve existing systems and business performance
  • Analyze company hardware and software needs to make recommendations
  • Advise on best practices


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or IT related field; master in business or related field preferred
  • 3+ years’ previous experience in business systems; beverage alcohol industry knowledge is a plus
  • VIP/iDIG/Karma and SAP experience a plus
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel); programs including, C, etc.
  • Able to analyze system records and translate business needs
  • Understanding and ability to improve reporting efficiency
  • Excellent organizational/project management skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Good communication (verbal/written) skills
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and results driven
  • Presentation Skills


  • Able to travel occasionally
