We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our team! The RSM will implement and manage a regional sales strategy, based on sales goals for the organization that will contribute to achieve the company’s business objectives. The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Sales Director on a regular basis to ensure that milestones are met and work is progressing as pre-plan. Position will implement and manage a regional sales strategy, by brand and by area that will contribute to the achievement of the sales objectives. This individual must manage the company established distributors and develop relationship with chains, Platinum restaurateurs and retailers in the area. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the states of Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky.

Required Education and Experience
This job operates from Employee’s home in a professional office environment as their base, with outside sales as predominant work environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position has frequent travel requirements outside the local area and overnight. Occasional travel is international.
